This video is from reporting to a Nueces county probation office. The officer is Natalie Vickers. I have made previous recordings of encounters with law enforcement and made comments on the copblock.org facebook group. On todays visit I was told that I would have to leave my phone outside the office in a bag. This had not happened on two previous visits to the probation office. I asked if I could have them film the interview and that said they that they would not provide me a video camera or allow me to use my own camera. Officer Vickers said that my case would be transferred back to Brazos county where it originated. Today at the probation office, I was asked to leave my phone outside in the hallway in a bag. This was not the procedure on two previous visits. I asked for them to provide a video camera for the interview and they would not. My appointment was cancelled and I was informed that my case would be sent back to the originating county. This means that I may be going to prison for ten years. I wish that I had a camera through the entire story so that I could show you everything that happened in the last year. Keep up the good work.
